This workshop will help you understand how retreaded tires provide a reliable, profitable and sustainable solution for your fleets by lowering your costs, optimizing your operational efficiency and reducing your environmental footprint. This session will cover the retread process and the huge environmental benefits provided by retreading your commercial truck tires, light truck and/or passenger tires, aircraft tires, off-the-road/construction tires, agriculture tires, bus tires, industrial tires and emergency vehicle tires. Information will be provided to demonstrate how retreaded tires lowers the total cost of tire ownership for fleets from small to large fleets of over 1,000 trucks/vehicles without any sacrifices in safety, reliability, and performance. We will explore technological developments in retreading that are driving the industry toward an even more sustainable future and provide an update on the CalRecycle Retread Tire Services Contract including a new video, “Retreads Work” and brochure, "Choosing Retreads for your Fleet".
