2021 California Tire Workshop Series and Presenters

Rubberized Pave ment Grant Program  Grant program utilizes recycled-content surfacing products derived from California-generated waste tires.  $4,387,000 available for Fiscal Year 2020-21; Award will be announced during the April CalRecycle Public Meeting  Eligibility is limited to: state agencies, California cities, counties, special districts, regional park districts, Joint Power Authority (JPAs), and Qualifying Indian Tribes  Project types are either RAC Hot-Mix (minimum 2,000 tons of RAC) or Chip Seal (minimum 40,000 square yards of chip seal material); rubberized binder must be minimum 300 lbs. of tire-derived crumb rubber  Maximum grant award for projects is $250,000 (individual application) and $350,000 for Joint Applications (formerly Regional Applications) CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THIS PRESENTATION
