Qualified Use Defined Must be primarily used in one of the following manners: • Any stage of manufacturing, processing, fabricating, refining, or recycling process • Research and development • To maintain, repair, measure, or test any qualified property • The generation or production, or storage and distribution of electric power • For use by a contractor in the performance of a construction contract for a qualified person
