Local Conservation Corps (LCC) Grantee Basics • CalRecycle provides funding to 14 certified Local Conservation Corps (LCC) within California. • LCCs are provided funding to operate youth development programs for 18-25 year old adults. • The grant awards are comprised of funds from the beverage container recycling fund, the waste tire fund, the E-waste fund, and the Used Oil fund. • All LCCs receive equal funding allocations.
